From all the agents I’ve spoken to, and I’ve spoken to many, feelings about the new flex mls system run the gamut from ‘Why the &$^&$%did we switch to this’ to ‘I hate it’. Beyond that there is very little disagreement. I work out of the Foothills office of Long Realty, the busiest, most productive real estate office in southern Arizona. And I’ve yet to meet one agent who is positive about the switch to flex. Not one. At best, everyone seems to be enduring it as if it were a punishment we somehow deserve.
And I’m fairly certain that other agents throughout Tucson are also unhappy with, or maybe even hate, flex.
If so, please, write in and let’s hear. A simple thumbs up or down will do. Let’s get something going. But if you’ve been complaining about flex, yet still refuse to step up and speak out, then forgetaboutit.
