Up in Sin Vacas, 2430 E Placita Sin Lujuria sold today for $520,000 ($199/sf) off a $599,000 list price – reduced from $699,000 last October.
The sellers bought it in November 2005 and paid list price, $597,000. Then they ripped out the old kitchen and put in a nice new one, with new everything top to bottom, and redid some floors and spruced up the backyard and re plastered the pool, etc. And after all that they got $520,000. I’m surprised they didn’t do better, even in this market, it’s a very nice house on a terrific lot in Sin Vacas, for $520, wow.
But Sin Lujuria means without lust. So maybe that has something to do with it.
