at the Ridge at Ventana Canyon
There wasn’t much happening at the Ridge. Going back six months there was just one sale in August,nothing in contract and 3 homes for sale that were going nowhere.
Then a few weeks ago 6264 N Ventana View Place went to contract and closed escrow yesterday. Then 6487 N Lazulite went to contract two weeks ago and passed the final hurdles today and is listed as Pending close of escrow.
And also today 6317 N Ventana View Place, on the market just 8 days, is under contract. And now there’s nothing left for sale in the Ridge.
