6500 N Saint Andrews Drive was purchased in 2004 as a knockdown
for $480,000
and they knocked it down and rebuilt it and in 2006 listed it $2,100,000
it sold yesterday for $700,000 as a foreclosure.
So what went wrong. Simple, from the beginning, when they had a good opportunity to sell it, it was so overpriced that it couldn’t sell. Not even in 06, when you had to miss the mark by a pretty wide margin to be overpriced.
