Shadow Hills is at the top of the heap - with terrific sales numbers and sale prices that are, incredibly, inline with asking prices. That’s rare.
La Paloma also did pretty well, though with 10 homes for sale and 10 sold they’re still looking at a one year supply. But that’s based on last years sales. And I think it’s almost a no brainer that sales will improve this year – with the economy/stock market improving & with lower home prices, plus a good deal of pent-up demand, buyers, in greater numbers, are going to start to look seriously at the market. Maybe not at the upper-end, the jury’s still out on homes priced over a million, but the rest of the market will do even better this year.
