It’s baffling how news of the real estate market could have turned so positive so quickly. Virtually overnight we’ve gone from a bust to a nicely recovering market.
Nevertheless, we’ll see. But I hope it’s all true and we return to a nice balanced market where buyers aren’t afraid to buy and sellers don’t risk losing their shirts in order to sell. Stay tuned.
