This is true to one degree or another in the Tucson Foothills, depending on the price range you are looking in. But even if it is not happening here, if it is happening in many other markets across the USA - and I can’t and won’t vouch for that - then some of those people who are (finally) able to sell are going to end up here as buyers. And that means more demand and a stronger market and, eventually, maybe even less of a buyers market.
