And last but not least, the house I mentioned the other day in the Canyons that was just listed as a short sale, but (mysteriously) only listed in the Phoenix MLS > not good news for the Canyons < is reported under contract after just 5 days. That info is thanks to the sharp eye of Martha Briggs, an agent in the Long Realty office, Oro Valley. The other day I thought there was something fishy about it only being listed in the Phoenix MLS. But now, having gone to contract so quickly, it looks as if it may have been an arranged marriage that needed some space. I mean, really, how many buyers looking for a home in Tucson, are poring over the Phoenix MLS.
