4733 N Camino Antonio N was listed about a month ago for $625,000 and already
it’s in contract.
But last time round, in July 2006, when it was a brand new spec home, it was listed at – the guaranteed to go nowhere price of - $1,150,000 
and it went nowhere, until Feb 2010 when it finally sold for $562,000 as a short sale.
I saw it back in its glory days and I remember it well because it was so obviously not a million $$ house, not even close. I wrote about here > clearing out the bargain bin
But now, at $625k or thereabouts, sure.
