This follows 4017 E Playa De Coronado – listed at $999,950 ($277/sf) - in contract on April 12. And 3947 E Ina Road – listed at $749,000 ($216/sf) in contract on April 28 and the sale of 4332 E Playa De Coronado – sold for $1,100,000 ($232/sf) as a short sale on 1/31.
This is a big turnaround for the Summit which, until this year, had very lackluster sales.
And not to be outdone, Skyline Belair had three homes go to contract this week.
