Gallery Row, a prominent Tucson shopping center that features arts, crafts and a locally owned restaurant, is facing foreclosure.
Borrower Gallery Row LP, which owns the property on East Skyline Drive near North Campbell Avenue, received notice that it was delinquent on a $5.9 million loan recorded in September 2006.
An auction has been scheduled for Aug. 18 at the Pima County Courthouse, 110 W. Congress St., according to documents filed with the Pima County Recorder's Office.
