There were;
11 new listings, 10 of them priced from $220k to $525, then one at $800K
22 price cuts, 20 of them on homes priced from $269k to $569k
14 homes went to contract, 9 of them from $189k to $564
18 sold this week, 17 of them priced from $198 to $588
more activity in lower priced homes, while the high-end market goes into hibernation, is typical of the end of the season here in the foothills
