Up in the Canyons - where there are now 7 homes for sale from $1,990,000 to $9,995,000 - 3657 E Canyon Wind Place, which went to contract on June 23rd listed at $2,995,000, is back on the market today, and reduced to $2,795,000 ($449/sf).
And if that’s not tough enough, the market in the Canyons is not exactly roaring along. The last house to sell up there sold this May, but as a foreclosure for $1,850,000, after being reduced from $5,000,000, yes down from $5,000,000.
And while the next most recent sale was a normal sale, which went for $2,600,000, that was back in July 2008.
