And I know, I know, it’s getting monotonous. But what can I do, there’s been another big price cut up there today - 7557 N Secret Canyon Drive dropped from $4,500,000 to $3,250,000. You can’t ignore that, eh. It was listed last October for $5,500,000 and dropped to $4,500,000 this February.

If I added correctly that’s $5,785,000 in price cuts in the last 30 days, though 6 of the 7 were in the last 16 days. What gives up in the Canyons. Why this sudden urge & surge of price cutting. I hope it was something I said.
