Here it is, the 3rd big price cut in 4 days in the Canyons - 7203 N Cloud Canyon Place today dropped from $1,990,000 to $1,500,000 ($270/sf). That’s a big cut,
but it’s also been a long time coming.
Cloud Canyon sold for $2,200,000 in a cash deal in 2001 and then, in 2007, it was listed for $3,250,000 then to $2,950,000 and $2,790,000 etc, until it reached $1,990,000 in June 2010, where it stayed. But now at $1,500,000 it is by far the lowest priced home in the Canyons - $1,295,000 less than the next one up.
This, as well as the two big price cuts the other day > finally, a couple of big price cuts in the Canyons < may or may not move the merchandise. We’ll see. But there’s no question these are big moves in the right direction.

Could this be the first trickle of some serious high-end price cuts to come, I hope so.
