Three years ago, in the 90 days from August 2008 to November 2008 a grand total of 9 homes sold as distress sales in the Tucson Foothills – 4 foreclosures and 5 short sales - and they topped out at $783,500 but with the bulk of them selling under $500k.
While in the 90 days prior to today, 35 homes sold as distress sales –
25 foreclosures and 10 short sales – and they topped out at $1,304,000, but still the bulk of them were under $500K.
