March is the heart of the home buying/selling season, so there are no excuses for poor performance. Sales should be UP from previous months, and they are, thank goodness.
Just 36 homes sold in January and 53 in Feb, but in March we saw 74 sales.

So sales are doing well. But make no mistake, it’s all happening on the backs of sharply reduced prices. While those still holding out for yesterdays prices are going nowhere.
