In Pima Canyon, a short sale at 1495 E Canyon Spring Court has another contract -
the 3rd this year. The first two were accepted by the owner and then countered by the lender, but countered at quite a bit higher than list price. Which of course turned off the buyers, and they walked. So we’ll see what happens, but I’ll bet mr lender has learned his lesson.
It’s now at $985,000 and sold quickly in 06 and 07 for $1.550 & $1.525.

That leaves PC with just 9 homes for sale. PC hasn’t been in the single digits in forever, or as forever as I can remember.

Listed in November at $995 it’s now at $885,000 ($239/sf) and has happily found a buyer.
