And today it turned up as PENDING – indicating that it’s past inspections and on it’s way to close of escrow. This is a big deal. Because 6151 is the highest priced home to go to contract in the Tucson foothills since the summer of 2009. And for a couple of years now anything that’s been in the vicinity of $2.5 million or more has sold at drastically reduced prices. Will this one follow suit. Or will Zillow’s zestimate of $3,248,900 carry the day.
