UPDATE:
OOPS! I spoke too soon. 4521 N Hacienda del Sol which expired this morning is back on the market already.
4521 N Hacienda del Sol started life in 1956 as a 4000+ sf brick charmer on a gorgeous hilltop lot in the old foothills. But during the boom it was knocked down to make way for a 7,831 sf Mediterranean style spec home that remains unsold after 4 years and expired today at $2,995,000.
The Med styled version was built in 08 and listed in June of that year for $4,295,000. But the party was so over by then. So in September 2010 it was relisted for $3,295,000, whereupon I’d written about it under the irresistible title > this house was listed today <
So this is what, the 4th or 5th high-end dropout in the last 2 weeks.
