The die was cast on a hot, humid day in August 2005 when someone paid $1,600,000 for
3189 E Corte De Andalucia – way more, in my opinion, than it was ever worth. Ever, even back then. And a year and half later, January 07, they put in on the market for $1,895,000. But no such luck. So it sat until June 2011, by which time it had been reduced and reduced to it’s final resting place as a short sale looking for $920,000. And somewhere in there I represented a buyer who offered, I don’t remember exactly, in the neighborhood of $700k. But of course that didn’t fly and soon after it left the market.
And today, after more than a year in mr lenders hands, it’s back in play as a foreclosure, brought to you by JPMorgan Chase Bank, at $905,850.
There’s just one picture in the listing so if you have any interest whatsoever, you’ll have to go see it for yourself. I wonder, seriously, is that a good way to get more showings. Particularly these days with inventory so low, with just one picture it’s impossible to dismiss it. So you have to go see it.
