21 homes were listed for sale;
17 were priced from $199,900 to $575,000, and three of them are already in contract
then 3 priced from $600,000 to $929,000
and one at $2,600,000
10 went to contract;
9 priced from $225,000 to $569,900
and 1 at $1,695,000
and 12 sold
10 sold from $235,000 to $575,000
and 2 at $685,000
If there were more good listings to choose from there would be more sales. That’s especially true in the mid-range, mid $500’s to about $900. And even at a million and up, you saw how the house on Ancient Indian at $1,695,000 went in 6 days and the one in Ventana at $1,795,000 was gone in 3 weeks.
Sales are up, even in August. So far this month 47 homes have sold – same time last year 33 sold.
But of course there are still quite a few homes for sale that have been picked over and rejected for one reason or another. And others that are still just too pricey for anyone to even seriously consider. Not everything is selling like crazy.
