A new listing In Alta Vista - 6155 E Avenida De Chaparron is now available for $985,000 ($224/sf) after selling for $1,267,000 in 06. I’ll bet it won’t be hanging around very long.

And last but by no means least, in Sin Vacas, 7373 N Camino Sin Vacas sold for $1,400,000 today, Yikes!, That’s way up there on the charts, one of the highest sales ever in Sin Vacas.
In 05, 06 and 07 there were 3 sales at $1,475,000 (yes all 3 at $1.475, on the nose) and 1 sale for $1.5 in 02. 7373 N Camino Sin Vacas Tucson, AZ 85718 (listed by Realty Executives Tucson Elite 498301)
So this is encouraging news, well at least it is if you’re a seller or a real estate agent. But even if you’re a buyer, these contracts and sales are another sign that the market is getting stronger, and that maybe now you can buy with some degree of confidence.
