It’s encouraging that 5 homes have gone to contract in the last 30 days, so maybe things are picking up again, we’ll see. But with just 1 sold & 79 for sale, and with more high-end homes getting listed everyday, and the stock market not cooperating & the fiscal cliff looming, I’m less than gung-ho.
