for house that’s been on the market for a long-long time and is now, finally, in contract. It’s a house that is now in the $900k range, that was in the $1.6mil range (almost 6 years ago when it started) that has, after 6 years of on and off the market, found a buyer.
And it’s a house that I wrote about 3 or 4 times and showed at least 3 or 4 times, a house that everyone seemed to really like, including me (but not until it got down to $1.1 or so) but for some reason, until now anyway, no one really wanted to buy.
But I’m going to hold off on giving the address because I don’t want to jinx it.
