From Monday October 29th thru Sunday November 4th 16 homes went to contract
(the same as the previous week )
but worse yet,
15 of them were priced from $170,900 to $560,000
+ 1 (o-n-e) at $795,000, and that’s it. Not a single contract for the 115 priced above $795k.
meanwhile, there were 42 new listings and 23 price cuts and total inventory for single family homes is 371.
