From Monday March 4th thru Sunday March 10th 29 single family homes went to contract in the Tucson Foothills. This is more weekly contracts than we’ve seen since those carefree days of early January. 22 were priced from $156,000 to $580,000
4 from $625,000 to $899,999
3 from $1,000,000 to $2,849,000 (all 3 in PC)
And rather than them all being huddled at the lower-end, there was a fairly respectable showing from the middle and upper-end of the market.
