Monday February 25th thru Sunday March 3rd was the slowest week for contracts that I can remember, just 12 homes went to contract - in July maybe, OK – but February?? Blame it on the weather, I do. (click HERE for the previous week’s numbers)
10 were priced from $200,0000 to $499,000
1 at $825,000
1 at $1,395,000
but they’re smiling big on Sabino Mt – with both the $825,000 & $1,395,000 deals hitting in the same week, and that’s after a lengthy dry spell up there. Go figure.
