From Monday 3/11 thru Sunday 3/17, 28 single family homes went to contract in the Tucson Foothills. This is a continuation of the welcome jump in contracts that we saw during the previous week. Though, for the current week, just one contract above $750.
21 from $156,000 to $550,000
6 from $699,000 to $750,000
1 lonely contract over a million @ $1,750,000
And worth mentioning, again, for some reason there hasn’t been one single contract for a home listed in the $900’s for all of February and so far into March. So 48 days and counting. And the $800’s, with just 3 contracts, isn’t doing so great either.
PS - there are 19 listed for sale from $900 to $999 and 25 from $800 to $899. Where are those buyers, for what had been a very popular upper middle-end price range here in the foothills.
