During all of February and thru the first two weeks of March a grand total of just 3 homes listed in the $800’s went to contract. But that all changed this past week when in a period of five days 4 homes went to contract, listed at – $825, $865, and two at $895, hubba-hubba.
And now maybe the $900’s, which has been hibernating since January, are up next.
