looking at single family homes sales in the Tucson Foothills from Jan 2004 thru this March 15, 2013 for prices - and thru December 2012 for # of homes sold.
So far this year the # of homes sold is up about 12 % over the same period last year.
Sales have certainly turned the corner and prices appear to possibly be following suit, albeit in baby steps.
