And of course today, not only is there a contract at $1,000,000+, it may be the biggest contract in years.
8375 E Canyon Side Road, in Canyon Ranch, listed at $3,950,000 ($618/sf) is reported in contract today.
It started out in 09 at $6,900,000 and after a few years and a few big cuts got down to $3,950,000 this January, and that did it. So after 4 years it goes to contract today.
