Listed at $550,000, a real bargain in my opinion, 6309 N Camino Miraval is in contract today, its 12th day on the market. And I’m very surprised it took that long. I didn’t write about it when it was listed because I was quietly trying to find a buyer for it myself. But I didn’t.
It sold in 2006 for $807,000, but back then it had a different address, it was known as 2149 E Camino La Zorrela. And when it was listed and showed up as 6309 N Cmo Miraval,
I recognized the house but the address didn’t make sense. But after a little digging there it was, the same house, same lot, but with a different address. And the listing agent didn’t know why or when it was changed and I didn’t bother digging any further. Any ideas.
In any case someone got a very nice and nicely updated burnt adobe territorial at a very good price.
