3600 E Windy Point Drive sold for $1,100,000 in 2004 (I was the listing agent) and it was listed again in 2010 for $1,390,000 (I was Not the listing agent), at which time I mentioned it on this blog. And after providing a flattering opinion of the house and setting I did offer that $1,390,000 was, in my opinion, an optimistic price. And that didn’t go over too well in some quarters but, c'est la vie, it sold today, 3 years and many price cuts later, for $900,000.
