Since Monday there’ve been;
18 new listings priced from $279,000 to $1,895,000
16 new contracts priced from $224,900 to $497,000
24 sales from $243,000 to $900,000 (sales are deals that were made weeks or months ago)
10 sellers who threw in the towel, at least for now, and canceled listings priced from $204,900 to $1,195,000
So nothing to contract above 497,000, and while listings priced at $1.0+ didn’t make a showing in either contracts or sales there were 2 new listings and 3 cancellations in that upper range. So still just 3 contracts at $1,000,000+ for June with the last one going to contract on June 11th - and 77 still for sale.
Actually, if you can take the heat, it is a good time to buy - zig when others zag. There are fewer buyers, so less competition, and sellers, particularly at the upper-end, who may be getting antsy for a showing and even antsier for an offer, may be more receptive to making a deal.
