From Monday June 10th through Sunday June 16th 22 single family homes went to contract
in the Tucson Foothills.
16 were priced from $245,000 to $599,000
5 were from $745,000 to $998,000
and 1 at $1,250,000

Things continue to look very good up to about1$million, but it drops off pretty steeply from there. The $1.250 contract makes it just 3 contracts at 1$million+ since June 1st. And they’re all huddled at the lower end of 1$mil+, from $1,034,999 to $1,250,000. That’s it, nothing higher. At this rate we’ll barely make a dent in the 80 homes listed for sale from $1.0mil to $9,990,000. And being as we are in the thick of a long hot summer “this rate” is not likely to pick up much.
