1 at $741,500
1 at $1,085,000
Even now in the thick of summer it continues to be a sellers market up to about $600,000.
In that price range there are 193 homes for sale, 105 in contract and 70 sold in the last 30 days, which works out to less than a 3 month supply of homes.
