From Monday July 15th through Sunday July 21st 22 single family homes went to contract
in the Tucson Foothills.
18 were priced from $230,000 to $539,000
4 from $695,000 to $949,000
and that’s it, none at $1.0 and UP
The last contract for $1.0 or more was in the week of June 24th, and that one just squeaked in at $1,085,000. Before that, there was one (at $1,250,000) during the week of June 10th.
With the scarcity of contracts at the upper end you would expect to see some hefty price cuts on some of these homes. But no, they’re holding out, but for what I wonder.
