From Monday July 1st through Sunday July 7th 16 single family homes went to contract
in the Tucson Foothills.
11 were priced from $190,000 to $575,000
5 were priced from $600,000 to $949,000
and another no-show at $1.0+
I can only assume the low numbers for low end of the market are due to July 4th falling in the middle of last week. Yet it didn’t hurt the $600 to $999 range.
