6942 N Longfellow Lane sold in 2009 for $950,000 and was listed almost exactly one year later for $869,900, which to me seemed like a reasonable asking price. But no one else thought so and it’s been on the market ever since and finally sold today for a measly $670,000, $134/sf, oy.
The culprit, it’s an Upstairs Downstairs house. Upstairs from the garage to the kitchen, downstairs to the bedrooms, upstairs to the kitchen, downstairs to the pool, … Otherwise a very attractive and beautifully renovated (before the 09 sale) house, and with mega mountain views.
