Built as a spec home in 2007 4365 N Camino Del Rey was listed in 2006, prior to being completed, for $995,000. And by August of 08 it was down to $799,000 but still no takers, and it was taken off the market. And then someone, perhaps the builder or investor or maybe a renter, moved in and it was off the market until June of 2012 when it was listed for $749,000. But again no sale. Then this April it was listed for the nice round number of $680,000, as a foreclosure, but it didn’t sell, and today it was taken off the market, again.
Do I hear $599,000.
