From Monday July 22nd through Sunday August 4th 37 single family homes went to contract
in the Tucson Foothills.
35 were priced from $179,900 to $570,000
then 1 each at $799,000 and $825,000
and that’s it!
happy times if you’re selling up to about $600k, but other than that …
Meanwhile, during that time there were 64 new or newly relisted listings , including 5 from $1,295,000 to $1,850,000. Hope springs eternal.
At $1.0+ we’re still where we were 2 weeks ago, nowhere - The last contract for $1.0 or more was in the week of June 24th, and that one just squeaked in at $1,085,000.
