Another is a shopaholic’s special, conveniently located a hop-skip-and-a-jump, literally, from La Encantada @ $1.1. The number of homes for sale at the upper-end is growing, just a couple weeks ago at $1.0+ there were 76 for sale, today there are 86. And during that time just 2 have gone to contract.
More to choose from and more pressure on prices, it’s awfully good for buyers.
