very few contracts last week, 9/16–9/22

From Monday September 16th through Sunday September 22nd  13 single family homes went to contract in the Tucson Foothills – a tie with the week of 8/5 – 8/11 for the fewest weekly contracts this year.

11 were priced from $260,000 to $560,000
and 1 each at $925,000 & $969,000
and that’s it!
