That increases the selection at $1mil+ to 92 for sale vs. 2 sold in the last 30 days = 46 MOI (months of inventory). That sure looks like a buyers market to me, and, other than there not being any great foreclosure deals amongst them to spur sales, not terribly unlike the high-end market during the dark days of the bust. But, there is hope, we’re just coming off the slower summer market and approaching what is traditionally the height of the season for high-end sales. So there’s that, and we’ll see.
