Well, it may not be a fond memory for the sellers, but what can you do, they bought in March 2006, like millions did. And it wasn’t a distress sale either. But it is a win for Sabino Mountain, which is finally having a very good year after 3 or 4 not very good years.
16 sales this year – 9 of them in the section devoted to smaller homes (which has done well all along) from $257,000 to $335,000, but also 7 sales from $797,000 to $1,374,000 on the greener pastures of the mountain.
In all of 2012 there were 14 sales with the highest of the high at $610,000. And in 2011 a grand total of 7 sales with the highest at $675,000 and from there to $535,000.
