Well, not anymore, today two of those three homes are reported in contract, and they’re twins too – both built in 2001 by AF Sterling, 4446sf, 2 story, pool, etc.
One, listed at $824,900, has been on the market 14 days, and the other, listed at $840,000, dragged it out to 42 days – if you can believe it, the slowest contract in PR this year.
