6530 N Finisterra Drive sold in 2006 for $725,000 and sold again this February as a foreclosure for $337,050. And then it was nicely remodeled and put back on the market in June, as a flip, for $595,000, but no-go. So it drifted down-down-down and earlier this month, when it got to $518,000, it finally went to contract. But that deal has now fallen thru and it’s back on the market.

So when the foreclosed owners bought it for $725k in 2006
