From Monday October 14th through Sunday October 20th just 12 single family homes went to contract in the Tucson Foothills. Last week’s report was odd in that all but one of the contracts were in the mid to upper end of the market, with just one at the lower end. This week they’re all huddled at the lower end. Fair’s fair.
