10 were priced from $139,000 to $449,900
6 from $650,000 to $995,000
and that’s it!
A respectable showing for lower priced homes (respectable, that is, as we align our expectations to the reality of our market), but then a surprisingly good showing for the
mid-priced tier. And for the upper-end it’s business as usual, no business.
